Skills Audit

Skills Audit

Skills Audit is underpinned by various macro and micro environmental factors that drive the organizational capability and workforce competencies. At a Micro Level, industries and sectors dictate the skills demand and supply that create the war for talent. At an organizational level companies compete for skills and talent in the sector and industry because of the need to acquire the right talent to deliver on its performance objectives as documented in the role profile or description of duties.
